Happy Holidays everyone! Jason and I left snowy South Carolina to visit snowy Upstate New York and so far I am freezing my butt off! Seriously, even after 7 years of visiting NY in December, this southern girl will never get used to this cold. However, there’s tons of snow up here and it’s almost beautiful enough to make you forget for a half second that you can’t feel your fingers or toes. Almost.
We’re visiting family this week and won’t be back in the south until next year. Next year. HFC. Holy Freakin’ Cow. I can’t believe 2011 is almost here. This year has been the best, yet fastest year of my life. As much as I wish my engineer husband would go ahead and build a time machine that slows down time, I can’t hide that I’m excited for 2011 to go ahead and get here already. I can’t explain it but I just have the strongest feeling that 2011 is going to be amazing enough to make 2010 look lame by comparison. I can’t wait to share more about my life and work here on my blog and hope that each of you come back and visit often in 2011!
