On Sunday I met Heather & Michael for their engagement session at Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC. We had never met in person and got a kick out of how much we have in common. Michael graduated from Clemson with a Mechanical Engineering degree….so did Jason (my husband). They have a miniature schnauzer named Rocky….I have a miniature schnauzer named Roxy (although anyone under the age of 10 calls her Rocky). She has a gorgeous princess cut diamond on her ring finger…..I also have a princess cut diamond in the EXACT SAME SETTING. Needless to say, Heather and I have similar tastes so of course we liked each other immediately. Her and Michael are the perfect compliment to each other and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in October!

Erin – I found your blog from Amanda Pair’s blog (I live in B’ham, AL too and used to 2nd shoot w/ a fellow photographer that Amanda has worked with as well). I just wanted to say that I love this post and I think you are such a highly talented photographer – I find myself addicted to each and every image.
